Are you looking for a company with the technology and professionalism to manufacture the most accurate replica parts for your simulation systems? You can be sure that the talented team at Mattblack will look after your simulation manufacturing from start to finish. And with a host of modern, high-tech equipment in-house, we won’t be beaten on performance.

Our simulation manufacturing service

We have everything we need for simulation manufacturing in-house. With all ofSimulation Manufacturing our services under one roof, you don’t have to worry about your products passing from company to company, where there’s always a risk of miscommunication. There are three simple steps to our simulation manufacturing and we make sure you’re involved every step of the way, so the end product will always match your vision.

Our simulation manufacturing service begins with you meeting our designers.  With over 30 years’ experience in the design industry, our designers specialise in accurately transferring your vision on to our software. Using the most up-to-date technologies, we will ‘draw’ your design in our software until you are entirely happy with it.

Using the latest CNC machinery and 3D printing, we have the ability to produce both one-off and mass produced elements of your simulation product. Our CNC machinery reads our CAD software, ensuring that our simulation manufacturing is performed down to the minutest detail.

Laser machinery

In place of the traditional engraving method, we use laser machines as part of our simulation manufacturing process. Lasers are a computer-accurate technology that follow the design to the last detail. Using a beam of light to vaporise the area, it leaves a clean-cut edge for a superior finish. We can also use our lasers to change the colour of the material, marking it with any relevant detail.

Electronic Assembly

As part of our simulation manufacturing service, we can supply build to print electronic components, which includes designing, fabricating and testing. Our electronic assembly is also completed in-house adhering to the latest quality and service standards.

Mechanical Assembly

To complete the simulation manufacturing process, all of our staff at Mattblack Systems are experienced and experts in assembling complex mechanical systems. We will also test the simulation system to industry standards to make sure you take home a simulation product that you can rely on to train your staff.

Finishing touches

Our in-house spraying and coating workshop includes a walk-in extraction spraying booth and drying room.  With a range of paints available and an extensive choice of finishes, our highly trained finishers will continue to make sure that our simulation manufacturing is heads and shoulders above the rest.
