We offer our clients innovation, professionalism and the latest technology. Since founding in 1971, we have developed an extensive range of integrated products across a multitude of industries, including Aerospace; Defence; Security and Simulation for both the military and commercial sectors.

CAPABILITES

Matt Black Systems offers the highest quality CNC machining with the shortest lead times. We have on-site axis milling machines capable of machining a variety of materials to suit your needs.
We can cut and mark a wide variety of materials on either our Trotec Speedy 300 CO2 laser or our Rofin 10E HQ Laser Systems.
Matt Black Systems assemble electronics either by hand or on our Mechatronika MM500 SMT component placement machine. All to the highest IPC-A-610 standards in ESD safe areas.
With over 45 years experience in mechanical assembly, our skilled team will build and test your product, to your requirements in our dedicated assembly, and testing areas.
Matt Black Systems offer finishing to a wide range of military and aerospace standards. We operate a fully equipped in-house spraying and coating workshop ideal for finishing a wide range of products and materials.
